Nasal Surgery - Rhinoplasty or Rhinoseptoplasty

Performed under general anaesthesia, with an endonasal approach (inside the nostrils, leaving no visible scars), this technique allows for the modification of the size or shape of the nose, the correction of small irregularities of the tip and nasal dorsum, as well as more pronounced deviations.

Appropriate for situations of dissatisfaction with self-image, either due to the shape, size or apparent deviations / deformations of the nasal profile (rhinoplasty or aesthetic rhinoseptoplasty), and also in situations where the septal or rhinoseptal deviation or deformation is associated with respiratory disturbance (rhinoseptoplasty or septoplasty functional). Also appropriate in trauma situations, with fractures and deviations of the bony and cartilaginous skeleton.

In some milder situations, the improvement of the appearance and nasal profile can be achieved by non-surgical techniques - the remodelling techniques with hyaluronic acid allow correction of small contour irregularities, and the botulinum toxin can be used in the slight lifting of the nasal tip.
